Fitness and Wellness Consultant, Sharon Collins, has been helping individuals to take charge of their physical and emotional well-being for years and has been helping  organizations to implement programs that benefit their community. A personal or community/workplace needs assessment at the beginning of the consultation identifies the areas of concern and targets the strategies that can be implemented. Using the information from the assessment Sharon can design a plan for the individual to decrease stress and improve fitness levels and for organizations to create programs that can work best for their needs.
Sharon will help organizations and individuals in the wellness journey through the development of group fitness classes, small group workshops, personal training or consultations. For individuals Sharon can help them to balance exercise, stress management, eating and lifestyle habits getting them on the right track and creating healthy habits for their personal as well as work life. For organizations, Sharon can help them to identify the right programs during times of the day that clients will attend, thus bringing success at a business level.
