Body Fitness

Sharon has coached, trained and led individuals and groups to become more physically fit for over twenty-five years in communities and corporate facilities.

Currently she works as a personal trainer and leads fitness classes for small groups and community centres in Ottawa East. Her attention to detail in body movement and postural alignment benefits individuals for specific sports as well as maintaining the integrity of the spine from the challenges of sitting in the workplace.
