Sharon believes training with friends and colleagues is empowering, helping to achieve better health and realizing one’s full potential. Small Group Training combines all the benefits of personal training economically with the added benefit of friends and those you interact with at work.
As with one-on-one training, the needs and goals of each group member are assessed. Based on these assessments, Sharon designs your group's program to meet the personal needs of each member while allowing you to advance at your own pace.
